Sierra Oaks Estates winery is dedicated to the art of small-lot handcrafted wine making. Our winery is nestled in the foothills of the Sierra Nevada’s - just steps away from our vineyard. Our winemaker Jim Brown carefully monitors the ripening of the grapes in the vineyard. When the moment is right, Jim and his crew carefully hand-harvests each cluster to ensure only the highest quality grapes are selected and are delivered to the winery in top condition. Jim then meticulously guides all steps of the winemaking process from destemming, crushing, fermentation, barrel aging, blending, bottling and even labeling of the wines. His devotion to the craft brings you the finest of what Sierra Oaks Estates has to offer.

We are currently producing over 10 different wines including several styles of Estate Merlot, an Estate Syrah, an Estate Zinfandel, a dry French style barrel fermented Rose, a Cabernet Sauvignon, a Zin/Barbera blend we call Zinzabar, and a Petite Syrah. This year we are proud to introduce a new dessert wine a Late-Harvest Petite Sirah.

Since our first wine competition in 2004, we have received over 150 medals including 2 Double Gold, 11 Gold, and 5 Best of Class.
