We serve regional Southern cuisine. We try and source the most responsible food vendors when it’s affordable to do so. We use cheeses from Tennessee’s Sweetwater Farms, bacon and ham from Tennessee’s Benton’s, airline chicken breast from Tanglewood Farms in South Carolina, grassfed beef from Creekstone Farms in Indiana and grassfed beef tenderloin from Painted Hills in Oregon. We buy produce from local farms and offer a seasonal menu throughout the year.

Sapphire partners with Full Service BBQ in Maryville, TN, who has won multiple awards for their BBQ. We use their pulled pork and brisket on our menu.

Our primary focus is giving the freshest, most responsible food.

Lounge

Lush, dark hardwood surrounds 70 year old jewelry cases that now hold liquor, wine and artwork from local artists. Sapphire offers the area’s foremost liquor selection, with over 40 Vodka options, a fine selection of Kentucky and Tennessee Whiskey, terrific Scottish single malt Scotch’s, the most interesting Gin options around today, rich and fun Rum’s from all over the Caribbean and South America, subtle and exciting Tequila choices, and all of the liqueur’s you love, from the trendy to the classic.

Sapphire offers a ‘by the glass’ wine menu with over 60 different wines to chose from, as well as a reserve list. High-Definition Flat Screen TV’s are available to show the game or whatever special event happens to be on.
